Good morning,

I'm new to investing, at this point I am reading, listening to webinars and speaking to local investors and real estate agents.

I'm having trouble starting I want to take action because I know that will begin my journey but I don't know the best way to chose an area.

Where can I find the best resources to analyze states and cities for investment opportunity in real estate.

I'm interested in flips and buy and hold properties.

Thank you for your help,

Karen

Hi @Karen Alexanderhave you considered networking with your local REI or even some local meetups for investors. That may help you get started or atleast find a mentor in your area.
