Hi all, I'm looking for guidance and help one on one... although I can not afford to pay someone YET. I have a pretty good understanding of what I want to do to get started and I have begun trying to do so. I just need someone to help me with step by step process. I know BP helps a lot but i need something in person.

Can anyone help me? I am a member of the Houston REIA but I do not have the funds for a coach there.

Adam Sanders ok I understand it but how will I know if the investor closes the deal? I feel like they could easily go around me and just say they found it themselves.? (I recently had a similar problem with a wholesale deal )

@Adam Sanders that's what I thought it was. Do they get paid a "finders fee" if the investor does not get the house under contract?
