Hello BP members,

I do my homework to get started and analyze much deals as possible.   I started with Than Merrill´s Analyzer but it is really old school exel  and now working with the bp analyzer and Realflow. Is there something better out? I love the BP analyzer but it don not generate any zillow or county information...

I am looking for a motivated realtor that likes to work with an investor. I am working with the BRRRR strategy in Collier county Florida, but I'm having trouble finding a hard-working, knowledgeable realtor in Lee county to assist with the purchases. 

I am looking for single family homes around 150k and below. my goals this year is to invest in two properties in Lee and two in the Charlotte NC. area

you must have must have equitable interest in the property or have a Realtor license 

is there any REIA group in Naples? On there website is the next group is on the east coast and I guess the market is different there....
