Hello,

I am looking for a motivated realtor that likes to work with an investor. I am working with the BRRRR strategy in Collier county Florida, but I'm having trouble finding a hard-working, knowledgeable realtor in Lee county to assist with the purchases. 

I am looking for single family homes around 150k and below. my goals this year is to invest in two properties in Lee and two in the Charlotte NC. area
