Hey Charles,

I'm an investor and I primarily focus in Queens & Brooklyn. I get my data from foreclosures.com. You can sign up for the monthly service (it's about $30, if I recall correctly), download as many properties as you want. Of course you can always cancel it at any time, but they have so many filters you can apply to your list it's a good source to look in to.

Not sure how Bronx court does their auctions, but you can also try Brooklyn: http://www.nycourts.gov/courts/2jd/kings/civil/for...

or Queens: http://www.queenscountypa.com/upcoming-auctions/

I've heard Josh & Brandon mention several times on the podcast that people on BP have started setting up their own local BP REIA meetings. Where on the site can I go to see if there are any in my area; NYC. Do I have to be a Pro Member?
