I agree with @Andrea M.

He was honest and it is not a serious felony in my opinion. I would run a background check and if he was honest I would not disbar him for that lone offense.


If he has a streak of other crimes, petty or not, I would reject.

I wonder how many people made the change from $80-120k/year jobs to becoming full time REI.

Personally - I can't imagine leaving my full time job no matter what. I'm hoping to supplement my retirement and not really looking to take a "paycheck" prior to my retirement. Reading things on here as led me to believe that even though I'm not "rich" I can still turn my life around and live good later.

I don't think it would be worth it, personally, unless your end goal was to relocate to Spain.

I also agree that some simple landscaping would make a big difference. Then again, I don't know the LV housing market at all and what is considered normal for yards.
