We recently bought a house for cash and want to rent it out on Air BnB. We are having a difficult time finding insurance for the property though. Does anyone know of a good insurance company that will insure a short term rental property?

Thanks!

James

Think and Grow Rich is a great book. If you read that and look at a lot of people that are successful in their field you'll find that a lot of them write their goals down when they wake up and then again before going to sleep. In between they have a dedicated passion in their pursuit of those goals.

@Scott Trench, listening to the podcast was interesting. I have read a lot of personal finance books that talk a lot about reducing expenses, but I particularly like your philosophy of trying to eliminate big budget items for Americans like transportation and housing while spending more time on going out with friends. I think this will be a popular strategy for the up and coming.
