Good Morning BP-

I have recently acquired an apartment complex in Sumter, South Carolina and I'm looking to build an effective team in the area to enable me to do more deals. It would be great if anyone could provide with recommendations for professional investor friendly

-Apartment/Commercial inspectors

-General Contractors / Project managers

-Property management firms

I look forward to hearing for the community.

I’m investing in multi-family (2-20 units) properties in Detroit and need recommendations on investor friendly general contractors. Since I’m investing from out of state I need someone that can do full renovations with little to no on-site supervision.
