Tenants want to stay long-term. UP unit has been nicely rehabbed. DOWN unit has around 3 windows that are cracker and need repaired, new cabinets/counter-tops, and possibly carpet in the 2 bedrooms & hallway. New pergo flooring in kitchen & dining room. Contact me for more details!

@Lowell G. I'll resend tomorrow. I sent 2 different zip files- One with market photos and the other with photos showing what repairs may need done. When I resend, I'll break it up into 2 separate emails.
