@Bruce Lynn

I just looked it up, I’m only see it on Dallas Morning News of which I need to buy a subscription to see.

Which radio station did you hear it?

I tend to agree, it will be a while before it really makes a leap. It’s a long shot and would a risk for sure, but minimizes if I get a great deal that will cash flow.

Wow this is awesome! What city? Are you familiar on the foreclosure process and willing to coach a newbie?

Anybody currently investing or have opinions on investing in West Dallas. Specifically 75212.

There are lots of New Builds in the area but the neighbor, currently, is not great. There has been a lot of development closer to Trinity Grove, but development has been slower along Singleton, near Westmoreland and Hampton.

Seems there is lots of growth and major potential for appreciation. Let me know your thoughts!

I’ve heard good things about Celina. I’m looking into a Multi-Family in the downtown area currently. I think there’s great potential for growth there. Any other thoughts about Celina?

@Lucia Rushton

I believe they ended up selling to a bidder who went over the asking price. It was hot competition on that one.

@Harrison Sharp

Yes I’m having to slowly adjust my mindset to appreciation instead of cash flow.

Any recommendations or thoughts on the Richardson market? I just viewed a duplex there yesterday.

@Kevin Blouse

I’ve always heard it’s difficult to cash flow in Dallas and instead should aim for appreciation.

I’ve also poked around on FB and with a couple wholesalers but these are full on rehabs which I wanted to avoid for my first property.
