@Austen Iverson

I would find a good accountant. Many people on BiggerPockets will only give their opinion. Why can’t you make the house a rental and rent it to yourself for $1/month, then sublease it to AirBNB customers.

@Seth Murray

I am a Real Estate investor in SD. We aren’t exempt from any federal taxes. We don’t have a state income tax but have great opportunities for Buisness. Our Governor Noem has kept the state open during the pandemic and the state is flourishing with people moving or visiting here. It’s definitely a great place to live and invest!

@Jaysen Medhurst. I have sold 3 4plexes in SD in the last year and they all were able to get conventional financing and long as they lived in it. With very little money down.

@Russell Brazil. 100%. I have built up to nice rentals, and have great tenants. I think the stimulus will help Mays rent.

I keep wondering if the Coronavirus is over in 2 months. Will Inflation hit an all time high? I believe with the stimulus the dollar will shrink and commodities will rise. The cost to build will go up great, causing existing real estate to spike. Thoughts??

@Tyler Nation

I happen to have a few 4 plexes in South Dakota. Is the electricity metered separately? Is the laundry coin operated? Is there garages or room for garages? You said you would be living there? So you lose $200/month?

@Kat McReynolds

I definitely never said I’m done learning. I was mostly looking for feedback, on the next big step. I appreciate your comments. I don’t own a jet or a Ferrari, but could. I just really like things that cash flow.

@Cody L.

You are correct, I always say one more deal then another great one comes along. It really seems to easy lately and maybe need a bigger challenge. Thanks for you comment.
