Investor Friendly Agent in Sioux Falls

I am looking for an investor friendly Realtor or Real Estate Investor in Sioux Falls, SD who knows the in's and out's of investing in that area. My boyfriend and I currently live in Fort Myers, FL and have an investment property here, but are looking to expand elsewhere. I am originally from Sioux Falls and know the area well, but would like more knowledge on best places to invest and what properties are selling for. We are interested and open to purchasing all forms(distressed or good condition) of real estate in Sioux Falls- single family, multifamily, apartment complexes, etc.
