@Rogelio M. Yes, we are looking at integrating AI in 2024. Also, right now we are utilizing FB but we may change this next year to a platform outside of FB for better interaction and more security. Thanks for your questions.

@Account Closed I’m the founder of Invelo. We mostly gather our data from the same source as Propstream, therefore our data is pretty spot on to them. With that said, they do have a few additional specialty lists that we currently don’t have. This is partly because I don’t like the accuracy of some of the data and won’t add it until I know for sure that it’s providing reliable results. In any case, all of the lists that I’ve pulled to help build my rei business over the past 10+ years can be pulled in Invelo.
