@Cole Fleishour I just feel like this might not be the best way to get that question answered. I personally would be calling me attorney for advice. In my area, the only thing the landlord has to do is post a 12 hour notice of landlord entry on the tenants door, (I'd myself doing that with something that states the date and time as well if I were doing that in this kind of a situation) and then after 12 hours have elapsed, they're free to enter. As far as I know, COVID has not changed that in my area, but I haven't had an issue to date. It might be worth a quick call to an attorney though. Seems like very odd behavior for DRs though.

I'm not quite sure but I think if their lease expires on the 31st, you have to give them until 11:59p.  Might be wrong about that.  If you're concerned it would probably be worth a quick call to an attorney.

I just ask myself when would I want to move, and of course my answer is always late spring, summer, or early fall.  Although I'm going to see.  I may house hack and will be especially looking for deals over Thanksgiving and Christmas when the normal buyers are taking off.  I can't and won't pay these crazy prices right now.

@Mark Belenky congrats. It is my understanding though, that the only way she would be able to use those incentives would be if she lived in it for at least one year. Moving out prior to 1 year, or not moving in at all could be construed as mortgage fraud so be careful with that. Good luck!

@Arron Paulino ya I would keep my agent and the title company working on it, but ya if they can't insure the title, I'd walk on it personally. Overly risky.

@Ryan Guffey the reason I ask is because if you spend a lot of time driving between sites, it's a great time to utilize that time to listen to webinars, podcasts and audio books and get a lot of education.  It might also be a good time to make phone calls.

@Ryan Guffey what do you currently do for a living? There's a reason I'm asking.

Hello, just wanting to confirm.  Is this event still on for tomorrow?  Just want to be sure with all that is going on now.  Also do we have to wear masks?  Thanks!
