@Jill F.

From a functional standpoint have you ever seen this before? I'm just trying to figure out why they would have chosen this method and if it should raise any red flags for any reason. Thanks!

@Jill F. I'm not sure. They look like they were meant to be built in. They're definitely hard wired. I've just never seen this before. I don't know if this will let me to do this or not but I'll try to include a link to photo below.

Hi, so I'm going to look at a small multifamily today and one of the units has space heaters that are built in to the walls as it's heat source. I don't see any other source at least not on the listing anyway. I've never seen nor heard of this before. Has anyone else ever seen this? Should it raise any red flags? I would be house hacking this one and living in that unit myself for a year and was thinking maybe I could replace those with electric baseboard heaters and install them myself and have an electrician just come wire them. Any thoughts? Thank you!

Hello, I've looked all over and cannot find any networking events that actually take place in person more than once per month in Milwaukee.  It's kind of hard to develop relationships when the REIAs only meet once a month so I'm wondering if anyone can tell me of a regularly occurring event?  Thought I'd ask before I consider starting one.  Thanks!

@David M.

Thank you, but that wasn't what I was asking. I do understand all of that. I was merely wanting to know if there's anything that could happen with the sale of those notes for which I was not already aware. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough in my question.

@Anish Tolia

Thank you. So in other words, paying them has been the only complication you've experienced from the loans being sold? This is what I've gathered from talking to others, just wanting to hear about others experiences to see if there's anything else I'm not already aware of.

Hello, I'm a newbie looking to do my first house hack. I am currently shopping for lenders and have encountered some who admit up front that they would for sure sell my mortgage if I got one through them. From everything I've read it doesn't sound like this is a big deal, but when I talk to other investors and even my own realtor, they usually seem to dislike this, but I'm not really sure why. Could I get the thoughts of others on this please? What do I need to know? Thanks in advance.

@Jonathan Styer just curious, are there any deals to be had there on on the MLS on small multifamily now? Thanks!
