Hello, a friend and I are starting a property management business very soon. We both have our real estate license and understand how important it is to have a great property management company looking over people’s assets and we want to be one of those great companies. Can any investors out there tell me what do they look for when hiring a property Management company. Thanks a lot! Here is some services and key points will we build our company on.

I checked and I’m not allowed to take out a loan or hardship withdrawal even if it’s to purchase a home

@Frank Jiang wow I didn’t look at it in that way. I’m definitely not doing it now. He made it seem like it wasn’t breaking the law. But yes I heard about those one time assessments with big expenses. I think I’m a stay away from condos. Thanks

@Mike McCarthy yeah I talked to my lender and told him I plan on renting that and he said there is no way they can make sure I’m living there. He said it’s not like there are going to send a investigator there.
