Inside Sales for Real Estate Investment Company - Work Remotely

My name is Brent Meeks and I am the CEO of Pinnacle Investment Holdings, LLC. We are the most strategic and successful house buying company in the state of Arkansas. (Don't worry if you don't live in AR). Our team of LIONS is looking for another LION to add to our pride. Our team is here to pour leadership, knowledge, love, and gratitude to our group of Lions. You will be trained by the CEO personally, along with a slew of the best training programs known to man. You will have support from the CEO and our General Manager whenever you need help closing a deal. You will get a database of leads to start calling immediately, plus fresh HOT leads delivered to you every day. You will even have appointments set for you, once your prove yourself.

@Jacqueline Coombs Hey! Im just seeing this! yea it is working out! Not only am I on pace... I have a team of 7 people and I am in 3 different markets right now doing deals!

But here is some advice on feeling stuck. It is from the book "the one thing". He talks about the domino effect.

  • In The ONE Thing, we call this concept The Domino Effect. The path to great achievement is often lined with steps that are aligned with one another. No matter how small the first step is, the power generated from that first activity compounds into something much greater.

In my own words this means, no matter how small or how meaningless that first step may seem, just take the first step. The domino has the ability to knock over the next domino twice its size. Example: a domino that sits at 2 inches tall, will be able to know over a 4 inch domino. The 4 inch domino will be able to knock over an 8 inch domino... and so on. 

This concept applied to your vivid vision means, JUST TAKE ACTION, no matter how small it may seem.

What does this look like in more detail in the real estate industry? Just pick up the phone and start calling. Just keep it simple. Ask people "Do you know anyone trying to sell a house?" Figure out the rest along the way as you continue to learn!

I have been working with a guy who has 66 mobile home units. He is asking 3 million for all of them but will not give me any expenses. I’m a licensed realtor and he recently told me I could list it for him. Would anyone be willing to hop on a zoom call with me I have a list of questions about this type of investment property

Hey Jonathen! I graduated college two years ago and now i am doing 4-5 deals a month right now! It is okay to be discouraged! Take the discouragement as a challenge to become better! Discouragement is a sign you are trying! I have literally tripled my goals in the last 24 months. I am doing more than i thought possible, but for some reason discouragement always sneaks up on me. It is because I keep setting bigger goals! Do not let the discouragement determine if you are going to quit or not. Just simply do not quit. Just do not let quitting become an option. Remember, failure is not the opposite of success. Failure is a part of success! You're more than welcome to DM me. I can give you some advice on how to find deals.

What are some Vivid Visions you all have made? Drop them in the comments below! Tell everyone here your vivid  vision and come back to this post one, two, or three years later to see if you accomplished what you said! 

My VIVID VISION is to have completed 450 transactions in the next 3 years, whether it be sold listings, a flip property, or me keeping it as a rental! 

The funny thing is that as I get closer to this goal, I am starting to think my goal was set too small! I am constantly reviewing this goal and giving myself task every week to do! Every week my partner and I recite the VIVID VISION and then we ask each other, "what did you do in the last week to get closer to this goal?" and "what can we do to get closer to the goal before next week?". 

I challenge you set a goal that scares you. Do not worry about the how to. Set the goal first, then work backwards from there! Do not set goals based off of your ability, set goals based off of your potential!
