Hi BP Friends,

I currently have a property under contract in Baltimore Maryland! I know it is very important to make sure you hire the right contractor.

What are the most important questions I should ask? Also where can I find a good contractor? I've heard some of the best contractors are found by word of mouth and local REIA groups, but other than those two things i'm not to sure where to look. I just don't to make the wrong decision on my first flip. Any contractors or recomendations will be very much appreiated. Thanks in advance!!!
