@Brandon Levi Eagan thank you very much for your great insight! I will definitely reach out in the future! Thanks again!

@Michael Steele Hi Michael,

We are looking in state. We plan to live in one so we won’t have to put down the investor rate of 20%! I think living in the property, and not having to pay the mortgage is the best way to go!

@Michael Ealy I have convinced her to having roommates! We will be looking to purchase a 4 unit property in the next 6 months!

@Marek Narewski I agree with everything you said! Everything you said is my exact mindset. Since I have a wife I have to do a little more convincing to get her to have the same mindset. I really like your mindset thought!!!

@Brandon Levi Eagan can’t I still get a four unit property with the 3.5% down?

@Brandon Levi Eagan awesome! I follow the BP podcast while also reading Rental Property investing By: Brandon Turner. I plan on purchasing the books you listed above!

@Matty Foley thank you! I want to focus on a 4 unit property since it will still be classified as a single family resident. Yeah I figured it would be pretty difficult, but I want to get my feet wet. I just pray I don’t drown to soon!

@Taylor L. I never thought about using a part of the home as a Airbnb rental. Do you have experience doing that? If, so how easy it to do?

@Chris Salerno awesome thank you for your insight!

@Danny Randazzo that is a fantastic idea! I’ve actually been thinking about that!
