@Maksim Easley I would say go big or go home. Read @Michael Blank material. Best info in the industry. Go big because of economies of scale. These other guys sound like they are telling you to research for 10 years and then go big. No. You will learn so much if you just dive in and do something big. Smaller deals won’t even be worth it in the end. You will wish you would have gone bigger. Do you research.

@Danny Randazzo no I have done extensive research. Im a huge fan of @Michael Blank and have studied his material for a long time. 

I more or less just need help understanding WHERE a first time multifamily buyer could possibly go, and more on the financing aspect of purchasing. 

Can anyone share their experience of when they bought their first apartment building? What bank did you go to? What was the process and requirements like.? Did you have all of your financing options in order before you started looking for deals?

Did you raise money to cover the down payment? Are there options to buy a property with a smaller down payment? Looking to buy in Indiana.

Been using it to analyze deals. Nothing else like it out there and Michael Blank spent a lot of time perfecting this. I can see why it’s so popular.
