I wouldn’t advise wasting time making your own when there are so many good spreadsheets out there. Michael Blanks SDA is the best.

Anyone started a partnership to accomplish their goals? Or close on a multifamily deal? What was your experience like? Did you both raise capital?

@Aurelien Bonin I bought his course and it helped me a lot. SDA is amazing and the various videos and case studies are very helpful.

Wow, thanks for the responses everyone!

@George W. newbie question, but when you go through a wholesaler, isn’t that just an added cost to your deal? I know it depends on the deal, but would it be more beneficial to find the deal myself? Thanks for the info.

Where do you find the majority of your potential flips? MLS? Do you calculate your ARV yourself just by looking at houses in the same area or does your broker help with that? Thanks for any help.

Would anyone be willing to do a short 30 min online meeting and walk through a deal analysis using the SDA? I would really appreciate a live person walking me through it. Thank you.

Would anyone be willing to do a short 30 min online meeting and walk me through how you analyze a deal using the SDA? I think I would benefit walking though an analysis with an experienced investor. Thanks.

@Roddy Walker your capital will limit the size of your deal because of the downpayment needed.
