Ty your best option is to partner with someone that knows what they're doing to acquire the properties. Then make your money managing them. Once you get a feel for the market then you can start hunting the deals.

As far as turn key, no. There's a lot of discussion on here about good and bad ones.

Turn key is hard to find in indy. Lots of scams out there. Be sure to work with someone licensed.

Brent I urge you to read through the forums here because unfortunately there's a lot of turn key scams here in indianapolis because of the hot market. Do your research on the neighborhood's crime data.
