What is the best approach

Hey everyone!

I’m in Greensburg, Indiana

I have family in California who is wanting to invest in rental properties here in Indiana. They have asked me to basically do all the leg work and help manage the properties.

What would be the best way for all involved to go about this? Of course I want it to be profitable for me but I don’t want to be the main one profiting, after all they’re doing this to make money.

I know they’re ultimate goal, as well as mine, is to get into large multifamily properties.

I know this is sort of vague but we haven’t gone in to any real details on what they are really interested in just yet. I will fill in with more information as we discuss things further.

But I would love any advice and suggestions you all could provide me with, what would you do in my situation ?
