I hope it closed, but I’m still interested if it falls through. I actually want to buy it for myself.
It’s definitely the commission. Very, very few Realtors will show your property at that commission.

Hey all, Does anybody have recommendations for a contractor that can handle a top to bottom remodel in the New Tampa or Wesley Chapel area? I have a very big job that was supposed to start today and the handyman company totally flakes on me? I’ve got a full kitchen, full master bath, 2000SF of tile demo and install, carpet, some minor plumbing and electrical, painting, etc.. My Partner is a GC, but his crews are tied up on two other projects for another month. Thanks in advance, Justin

Hi Alex,

It looks like you have a great funding base to start investing for sure.  It would be hard for somebody on here to tell you exactly where to start without knowing what your long-term goals are.  Are you looking for a one-time return on your investment?  Are you looking to build a single family residence empire :) ?  Would you like to own as many doors as possible?  Are you looking for long-term cash flow or appreciation?  Questions like these will help guide your decision on how to best invest $55-60k.

I am somewhat familiar with New Western.  I met with them and receive their properties. They are usually sold in a matter of hours, many times minutes.  I can't find much harm in meeting with them.  It's not a commitment to only do business with them exclusively.

My wife is an investor-friendly Realtor and I'm sure she would be happy to meet up with you, discuss investment options (Residential MLS properties, multi-family, etc.). I would also be happy to share some contact info for some wholesalers in the area that put out properties pretty regularly.

Message me, and we can set up a time to grab a coffee and chat.

Best wishes,

Justin

Interested. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
Hey all, I recently submitted a request for hard money/ private money investors on http://www.connectedinvestors.com. I got a message from someone in China ( Mr Johnny Johnson) that said this: "I have got a few direct Chinese private investors. if you are looking to get a 100% loan to start your a business or profitable they are willing to loan you funds for your market flips and both side make a profit. if interested let me know and i can connect you to them. Drop me an text message if interested as i have to get back to my normal factory job. Thanks, Mr Johnny Johnson" Does anybody know the vetting done by the site, if any? This screams scam to me, but of course enticing.
