Hello,

I’m looking to connect with some fellow investors in the Finger Lakes NY region. I’m trying to get an idea of general occupancy rate, particularly during the winter and average nightly rate.

Thanks

Justin

When sending out postcards or letters to absentee owners, what address do you use for a return address? A PO Box possibly?

I’m asking because I would prefer to not use my personal address.

Appreciate any assistance.

Thanks

Yeah dude, don't put your personal address. I used a PObox for all my business mailings.

OK so now that I helped you and gave value...

let me ask you this. Why the "Absentee Owners" list?

I’m new to wholesaling and this is what was advised to me as far as targeting a group to send letters to.
