So, I am looking to start my first BRRRR project here in the next few months and was wondering if you guys had any insight on what the best places to start looking for deals in Maryland would be. Also, being that it's my first project I definitely would love to get any referrals for contractors, realtors and property managers that anyone may have! Thanks!!

Hey guys! I'm a wholesaler in the Baltimore area and I'm spinning my wheels trying to figure out how to break into the BRRRR and multi family unit spaces. Raising capital as well as finding partners and mentors that can help me navigate through these waters has been very tough for me. I am a wholesaler that normally does deals in the Atlanta metro area but I have 2 pending deals in the Baltimore area and I am looking for buyers that may be interested in them once the contracts are finalized.
