Looking For Buyers in Baltimore and Surrounding Areas

Hey everyone! I am a wholesaler that normally does deals in the Atlanta metro area but I have 2 pending deals in the Baltimore area and I am looking for buyers that may be interested in them once the contracts are finalized. I also plan to continue doing business in the Baltimore area so even if you aren't interested in the current deals I have, I'd still love to add you to my buyers and stay in touch for future deals.
