I have a couple rental properties and i want to start branching out into multifamily and rehabs. I have a great credit score and a decent savings but I'm having a hard time finding a lender that wants to do what i want.  I'm currently preapproved with wells Fargo but they do not want to do the properties I'm intersted in.  Can anyone recommend a lender near raleigh nc? Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some good articles or videos on cap rates. I have tried googling it a few times and don't really understand pro forma cap rate, and purchasing cap rate and how it applies to an investment property. Thanks!

I am surprised how much the property tax is. My SFH in Grand Junction, CO. Is $800 a year for a $160k home.
