I have InvestorCarrot, the support is amazing!

They have a lot of good content and it's free! Some of the REIA's charge you to attend or if you have a property to sell they will charge you a fee to announce your property at meeting; if you are not a member.

My team and I are locating several abandoned houses in various locations. We have researched to see who the current homeowner’s are; many times according to the SDAT: Real Property Search the mailing and premises address are the same. Therefore, this tells me the banks have-not taken ownership of these properties yet. So if the banks did not foreclose on the properties and the homeowner has abandoned the properties then what would be the next logical step in trying to purchase these properties?

What would be our next step in trying to get these properties under contract???
