Is any one familiar with this software? As I'm studying and studying as I prepare to charge out the gate, I ran across this rehabvaluator premium package for a pretty low ball price.
Or maybe a better question would be "what software do you use"?

Lance
I just joined here last week and have found tons of information and friendly people willing to help out. I've reached out to a couple people and actually joined a meet up group with a meeting coming up in a couple weeks. I've downloaded a couple podcasts and listen to them back and forth to work. They also have some great advise. At this point it seems like this site is an excellent source for beginners like us. Although sometimes I think I'm trying to absorb too much at once. I've already read E-Myth and have moved to Rich Dad Poor Dad which are both highly recommended in this market. I'll try to send you the link to the meetup group. I know centerville is quite a drive from CR, but if you have the time it might be worth it. Good luck!

Hi all - I'm a complete rookie in real estate investing and became intrigued a few years back but never did anything about it. I'm glad I did some looking around and came accross this site. After perusing a little bit I've found more useful information here for nothing that I would have paid for elsewhere. I really want to get started and understand it will be work, especially since I'm a full time facilities manager and have no intention of leaving steady income until I can at least double my income. I'm thinking wholesaling is the best way to begin and was hoping to find good advise and would be willing to pay fair market value for mentoring in the right situation. If anyone out there could steer me in the right direction, it sure would be appreciated. I should say that I am registered for a fortune builders summit in a couple of weeks and that is who recharged my desire to get into this. Don't worry, I've read a boatload of posts here on BP and understand. Even though alot of what I read deflated my tires a little, I will at least go through it and learn all I can. Maybe even go on ebay and see about buying a used FB wholesale training set. SO, anyone out there care to take a rookie under thier wing? Thanks!

Hey- I'm new here and seriously investigating. FB has peaked my interst in real estate investment and I have a bazillion questions. I have signed up for 3 day seminar coming in a couple weeks and expect o learn all I can. I was thinking about going straight into thier wholesalng bootcamp right off and starting from there, as long as it is locally accomplished. I work full time as a facilities manager and have an army of kids to send to college...
So Cory mentions 3k for this FB program. I don't see that on the website, but I do see $1197 for a 4 day wholesaling bootcamp. I'm wondering if some comments I'm reading are showing a bias against FB for whatever reason? I look forward to moving ahead and realize at my age getting rich quick aint happening, whether it be here there or anywhere.
I have known some realtors and have found most to be kind of territorial when you start to ask questions, and that could be just a licensing thing.
Are there any "volunteer montors" out there?
