@Jack Gibson Thank you, I would love to hear more about the market and potential opportunities. Please PM me! Thanks!

@Svetlana Foley Thank you as well!

Hi everyone,

I am a newbie investor / licensed attorney located in Chicago.

As my first real estate investment, I wanted to go safe and purchase a Turnkey property in Milwaukee and Indianapolis.

I did some preliminary research and found duplexes in those two cities can be had for 50-100K depending on neighborhoods.

I would like to hear some recommendations here on BP!

Thanks!

Jun

Hello everyone,

I am a newbie investor and looking to purchase my first rental property.

Me and my wife are also an attorney in Chicago, and know a lot of people who can potentially help other BP members here as well.

I am looking to buy a duplex/triplex to begin my portfolio either in Chicago area / Indiana or Milwaukee area.

Any advice would be great! Thanks!
