Post: new idea on rental family home

I have this new idea on rental property but I need help. First let me start by saying that my I am a register nurse. so in nursing there are travel nurses what these nurses do is fill the gap in a hospital that calls for them they travel across the country do 13 weeks contracts. now these nurses get payed in stipends which usually they are given around 830 of housing per week. They are giving 2 options one the agency finds their housing and they don't get housing stipends or  they find their own housing and keep the difference of their stipends.

most nurses do travel for the money I know this because I though about doing it but had trouble with finding housing for 13 weeks.

now my idea is simple I live in a area where there are 2 hospitals I work for one of them. I want to but a house 3 beds 2 bath. I will rent out each room to a travel nurse for 800 dollars a month for 13 weeks.  water, electricity, and internet included.  the rooms will be furnish one bed, 2 cabinets, and 32 inch tv with roku

I want this property to be for nurses only the reason why is because some nurses work the night shift and sleep during the day plus they just want to come make their money and go back home. they don't want to be stress with living situation.

my question is would this be something that is legal in florida for rentals of a family home

hello

I have my eye on a property that the bank currently owns. the property is currently foreclose and the bank is going to put it on a auction.

my question is if I call the bank and tell them that I am willing to pay for what is owe on the property or negotiate will they take the offer or put it on auction regardless?

I found this property that I like and would like to buy for 120k however my credit was holding me back the bank said I needed at least a 680 however I can buy with a FHA.

I know there are rules but I'm not too familiar with them

if I were to buy the property with a FHA loan then rent it out what will happen?

hey Cody I have a question for you I am currently looking into buying my first property a 3 bed 2 bath house for 120,000  with 1200 square feet .

how much would you estimate that I can rent this property out?

also do you know any property manager company in the area that would manage the house for me. for example collecting rent, filling out lease papers, and finding tenets.

again keep in mind I'm new to real estate but I always dream of owning and renting any piece of information or advice would be great
