I live in port Charlotte florida. I'm new to real estate and always wanting to invest in single family properties to put them for rent.

I'm thinking of buying a property any where from 90k-120k and then put as a rental.

my question is if anyone knows how the market is in port Charlotte and how much time does it take to find a renter.
