The main concern would be the area in general. Reading has it's reputation but like any area, I'm sure there are more desirable areas than others. I'm not familiar with the area enough to know those intricacies.
My strategy is buy and hold so would be looking for a cash flowing rental and your post definitely sparked my interest in looking closer at the Reading market since I'm only 45 minutes away. I will probably have to spend some time out there to get a better feel for myself but didn't know if there was anything specific that you would recommend. I appreciate your response!
