I won't be self managing and the building is newly renovated and fully occupied. The return is great but if there is no influx of money going into the city or any plan for future investment in the city then I don't think it's a good long term investment.

Hello all,

I was looking for some advice on investing in orange New Jersey. I am looking to potentially purchase a 6 unit renovated building in orange but wanted to know about the area. Is it up and coming? Is there money being put into orange? The building is close to Main Street but i was wondering if the area is worth investing in. Any thoughts
