Hello All, 

My team is working on a big project in Philadelphia right now where we are purchasing a lot and are building 40 condo units. I wanted to ask for help if anyone can recommend who to work with to get a loan for this including construction at a normal down payment. I know I constructed my building in New Jersey as an sba loan with 10 percent down. Looking to do the same here or lower if possible. If anyone can recommend a company for this that would be great.

hello all,

Wanted to get people's opinion on buying a 3 unit building with a single heating unit.  The cost of separating the units and making 3 separate heating systems is too expensive. This building has radiators and one furnace in the basement.

If one of the units In Our building said they have bed bugs is that our responsibility to take care of it or since they brought it in are they responsible for it?
