Hi Bryan- yes I have a few quick questions, please.

1- is hard it to find quality tenants?

2- where are you advertising

3- do you use a property mgr?

I’ve had rentals for ages but only SF and condos. Last year upgraded to a 6 unit but a more affluent area. Pburg prices are attractive but looks like it’s going to take a while to turn around still it could be a good time to jump in. We’ll see. Tks Bryan

Hi! Got time for a short chat?

The property is on Lincoln St. South of Bloomfield Ave but a lovely area.  

We only had 1 empty unit and we were able to renovate and rent  it out ourselves at Market rate in a relatively short timefrane. 

No Parking is a major disadvantage as most streets do not allow overnight parking. Fortunately we include onsite parking. 

We’re looking for another property 5+ units min!
