@Phillip Lee. hi there! I bought a 6-family in South Bethlehem this past Feb. so far, I’m pleased. I’ve had 3 vacancies and they were easily rented at market value.

I used The 1031 Corp in PA. Grace was very helpful as this was our first 1031 exchange and we dealing with several variables e.g., NJ to PA, single member LLCs,

Hey Jack- we’re actively looking in Easton as well. I’ve heard the area closest to the circle is most desirable so we’re concentrating our search there.

Thanks Stephanie!  That’s exactly what I did.  But it’s not fixed, its a 5 yr adjustable with a 30 yr amort.  Rate is good too.

Found a nice property but To make these numbers work, I’ll need a commercial loan with a 30 yr amortization. I’ve called a bunch of banks/ credit unions/ brokers etc but I’m hearing 20 and 25 yrs. I know they exist so can anyone save me some time and lead me in the right direction?
