Hi! I can connect you with my guy he does all of our properties, What kind of property is it, commercial or residential?

@Andrew Jones

  1. Consider reaching out to mortgage brokers specializing in investment properties. They might have connections with lenders offering the terms you're looking for.

@Aaron Bard

Hey! While it's a challenge, it's not crazy. Network with other investors for lender referrals. Explore creative financing and negotiate with the seller. I recommend @Ryan Deasy for your lending needs.

    Hi BP!

    I am looking to purchase 2 rentals property, in Syracuse New York, Tipp Hill area to be specific for anyone familiar.

    I am looking to partner with, or get a recommendation to a lender within the area that specializes in hard money loans, or other loan products that will allow me to purchase a property cash, and provide funding for the renovations.

    If anyone would like to point me in the right direction, and it works out with a deal, I will gladly get you lunch! Thanks BP Community!

     we have lent in that area and actually may have an off market property for you as well.

     Shoot me a message, I’m in town right now and would come see the house tomorrow if you’re free, I’m primarily only looking at the tipp hill area

     sent you a message, thanks!

    @Robert Mendez I know a lender who does project in the area all the time. Happy to connect!

    @Mel Gardner Hi Mel, Transitioning your home into a rental property can be a smart move for building passive income! You might want to consider conventional or investment property loans for better terms. I' recommend @Ryan Deasy
