Looking for Lenders/advice on financing

Hi BP!

I am looking to purchase 2 rentals property, in Syracuse New York, Tipp Hill area to be specific for anyone familiar.

I am looking to partner with, or get a recommendation to a lender within the area that specializes in hard money loans, or other loan products that will allow me to purchase a property cash, and provide funding for the renovations.

If anyone would like to point me in the right direction, and it works out with a deal, I will gladly get you lunch! Thanks BP Community!
