Time flies!  Thursday already?!  ha!  thanks Joe.

There is a Lexington Wealthbuilders meeting tonight at 6:30PM.  Awesome Inc downtown on main street. 

I cannot make it tonight but they have a meeting once per month.  Gets 20-30 people there. 

We will have to do lunch at some point Jimmy. I am a buy and hold investor. 

@Account Closed  , it was not bad.  3 of us sprayed 30 bags in about 4 hours.  plan on a few trips to HD or lowes though!  my pickup took 3 trips. 

I like the fiberglass insulation more than the cellulose stuff (recycled newspaper)

Well, the quote got higher after they guy saw where he had to crawl.  I ended up buying 30 bags of the pink insulation and paying two guys to help me install it.  it turns out that we were able to insulate to R-49 instead of R-38 and we even had a few bags left over.  we used the extra blown in insulation to fill in the crawlspace under the kitchen and under the bathroom.

I used the foam in a can to seal all the light mounts and smoke detector mounts with firestop and I am happy to say the house is more quiet and the heat pump does not struggle anymore!  I left the HVAC off two nights ago when it got down to the mid-30's and the house stayed in the high 50's overnight.  (the temp was set to 60 the previous day)

We just put a new front door on with a good seal as well.  Things are progressing nicely !
