Brrrr can be done using hard money.. If any one has done this how are you guys refinancing the property if you intend to use it as a rental?

@Alexander Felice at some point I assume you wouldn't want to personally guarantee each mortgage. For me the idea is to have company that can sustain and continue to grow in my absence.

Buy at a discounted price

Rehab to force appreciation 

Rent to a Tenant 

Refinance to pull original investments out

Repeat the process 

If this is done under a company name how can the home get refinanced or should transfer of title from personal to company name happen after the refinance.
