Thanks for all the feedback everyone! Looks like even if I don't go section 8, this market could still work out well.

Considering turnkey SFR investing in Birmingham AL. Anyone have any experience here? How is this market doing? Is it super difficult to get turn a home into a section 8 rental here?

Any investors having success doing the BRRR method in the Houston market?

Looking to invest in Tennessee in the near future and I wanted to connect with some local contractors for when I need to obtain quotes.

I’m a new investor and I’ve been putting 20% down for my properties so far. Which makes obtaining homes a slower process. I see people advertising they can buy a property all cash without even seeing it. How do you access that kind of money and have it sitting on the back burner for when you find a deal? Is this hard money lending or business credit? Curious as to how it works and how to go about getting these extensive lines of credit.

I have 2 Airbnb properties, not sure what relief loans I can actually qualify for, other than mortgage deferment. PPP loan or Disaster loan or both?
