400k would work. I was being told bring a mili to the table for STRs, or stay out. A mili is okay when I'm established, but I only got so many bullets to shoot first.

 And it looks like this thread has provided a lot of references to local help. So budget + team is what is stopping me, but 400k is very doable. 

We are based in Tampa/Saint Pete but have just expanded into Naples and now South Miami - would love to start working my way back up North ASAP!

WPB is great and Investor Friendly! As a contractor I love it there because of the customer service

How is the West Palm Market. Are there current regulations or proposed regulations in place. I thought I recently read that they where only allowing 1 per owner in West Palm?

Used to manage a portfolio of around 30 STRs in Lake Worth Beach - cool town.  Sold everything and moved home to the Blue Ridge Mountains in 2021.  On cold days like this, we sure miss Benny's though!  If you don't already know him, connect with Michael Cuevas with Acquire Palm Beach - he's a broker in LW/WPB that does a lot with STRs.
