You might want to check into a LP (Limited Partnership) Limited Partners contribute money to the LP but do not take part in the business operation at all. Also you might want to start a entity so then when you set up your bank account if you don't have excellent credit you might want to find some that would be willing to help you with a business credit card and get use the credit cards to get you started.

Can you tell us more about where you want to go in real estate. Are you looking to wholesale, rehab, or buy rental properties?

Right now im looking into wholesaling just to generate some cash while networking and getting a buyers list together. I plan to get into rehabs and buying rental properties in the next few months. Im 27 now my goal is to have completed at least 15 deals by the time I reach 30 and being on this site with all the knowledge you guys provide I don't see where that would be a problem. How long have you been in real estate and where did you start?

As everyone stated I would not focus on the website site just yet unless you have a unique way of marketing it. But what I did is register your domain name where at least you can set up a email and when its time to expand to the website you don't have to worry about someone having your name

I started my LLC before I closed on my first deal as well. The reason why I did so was because I knew that it was something that I was going to do sometime or another so I just got it out that way and it made me feel as if I have got a accomplishment out of the way.
