@Shea McCavit I agree with @Jesse Danzig making 10% may not be making a killing nor is making $10K the $50K profit we all hear about but it is nothing to overlook, if so I'll take it. The real value is in the experience your gained; I cant believe the siding melted. Keep hanging in there, take a break, regroup then try it again my friend.

@Shea McCavit How has the flipping been coming along? Congrats on your cash-flow property $500 is a good amount, as I believe most people are happy with $300 (depending on the area).

What I have noticed about Indianapolis (at least the area's my friend frequents) is that it is very block to block. My opinion is based solely on the visual appearance of the neighborhood (condition of houses, lawns, streets etc..) One block can be neglected and the next block will be in immaculate condition.  I have been here just a few weeks, we'll see what happens as I explore more.
