Hi everyone! I want to get started on flipping properties and I saw an ad on tv about flipping houses through the internet. I was wondering if anyone has done this and if so, could they give me some idea of how it works. I would like to do this full time in the future but for right now, I can't get time off work to go to closings and do research and there will be a new baby in the house in a few months so the internet would be very convienent! I have been reading up on books and purchased a one of those unpopular courses trying to get all the info I can. Thanks in advance for all the help!! :D

I do want to invest in Ohio property, but I have heard some people have invested in out of state property without ever leaving your home and done really well. I just want to learn as much as possible about investing to be as successful as I can. Any info would be much appreciated!! Thanks!

Hi. I got a wholesaling program and just finished it. I was wondering if anyone has used any programs and if they really work. They say you don't need a license to do wholesaling, but I want to be really sure that I am following the laws. I am having trouble finding real estate laws for my state, (Ohio). I am very anxious to get started, but I want to do it right. Please let me know if anyone can help. Thanks!
