Wholesaling programs

Hi. I got a wholesaling program and just finished it. I was wondering if anyone has used any programs and if they really work. They say you don't need a license to do wholesaling, but I want to be really sure that I am following the laws. I am having trouble finding real estate laws for my state, (Ohio). I am very anxious to get started, but I want to do it right. Please let me know if anyone can help. Thanks!
