Hey Everyone! :D I was wondering if anyone can help me on investing in out of state property. I have heard a lot about it and it sounds like somthing I might want to do. Can anyone explain the basics, or how to get started with that? I would really appreciate any info, or tell me where I could get that info. Thank you so much!!
