How familiar are you with Allentown in general?  Where are you from?  2 Bedroom rents for $800-1000 depending on condition.

I used to own 619 W Cedar. What are you looking to find out about the area.

If you renovate nice you should be able to get 120-130k or more after its done.

@Nick Rini You could start by going to some local REI meetups. We have one this evening at 40 S 5th Street. I sell off market stuff to people that come to those meetups often.
